Last night the President announced his sixth group of nominees for federal district and appellate courts as well as a group of District Attorneys. The continued pace of nominations illustrates the priority this administration is putting on judicial nominees, particularly when compared with the lethargic pace President Obama set for nominations during his first term. We look forward to speedy confirmations for these excellent nominees. I will follow this post with bios of the new appellate nominees:
