Hillary Clinton has so far been mum about whom she would nominate to the Supreme Court, but two politically-connected far-left advocacy groups, the Bernie Sanders-connected Democracy for America and the far-left American Constitution Society, are loudly describing their preferred nominees. And in a rare moment of candor, these groups openly admitted that they want a politician who will legislate from the bench.
Democracy for America wants an African-American woman, “[s]omeone with elected experience.” ACS, remarkably similarly, likes Garland but wants “people who have served in political capacities[.]” What, pray tell, does political experience have to do with interpreting the Constitution and statutes?
But more importantly, where’s Hillary’s list? What is she hiding?
