Last week the Senate confirmed Andy Oldham to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Oldham was the 23rd federal circuit court judge confirmed during President Trump’s administration, setting a new record for most circuit judges confirmed in the first two years of a presidency. Not yet 40 years of age, I expect Oldham to be a superb federal judge who will have a significant impact on the federal judiciary for decades to come.
