Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals nominee Danielle Hunsaker clerked for several conservative judicial luminaries including Ninth Circuit Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain, Tenth Circuit Judge Paul Kelly, Jr., and U.S. District Judge Michael Mosman. Second Circuit Court of Appeals nominee William Nardini has served as a federal prosecutor in the U.S Attorney’s Office in the District of Connecticut where he rose to become chief of the Appellate Division and then Chief of the Criminal Division. We expect both nominees will fairly apply the law and adhere to the Constitution.”
