JCN Releases Post-Hearing WV Poll; Finds Majority of West Virginia Voters Want Judge Kavanaugh Confirmed

WASHINGTON – The Judicial Crisis Network released fresh West Virginia polling taken after yesterday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing by Public Opinion Strategies that found the majority of West Virginia voters want Judge Brett Kavanaugh confirmed.

Breakdown:

  • Overall, West Virginia voters want Brett Kavanaugh confirmed with a margin of 58% – 28%
    • This includes the majority of independent voters with a margin of 59% – 26%
    • This includes the majority of women voters with a margin of 52% – 35%
