Last week the Senate voted to confirm two more circuit-court nominees: Paul Matey (Third Circuit) and Neomi Rao (D.C. Circuit). This brings the number of circuit nominees confirmed during the 116th Congress to six (and to a total of 36 since Inauguration Day).
